Delivery Schedule:

 

Order Processing:

Once you place an order you order takes 1-3 working days for processing and preparing.

   - All orders are then picked up by our courier the next working day then dispatched to arrive to you within 1 working day.

Order Cut- off Time for Next day 

   - The cut-off time for placing orders next day delivery orders is 6:00 PM. Orders placed after this time will be included in the subsequent week's shipment whenever possible.

2. Tracking Information:

   - Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided and updated with your order to track at all times and make any necessary adjustment with your courier. Please note if your order is not dispatched a tracking number will not be added yet.

 

Next Day Delivery:

Please Note once you pick the service of ‘Next Day delivery’ Your order will arrive to you in 1 Working day. Please prepare for the arrival of your delivery as once we ship orders we are no longer responsible for you missing collecting your order from the courier delivering it. You would need to commuicate with your courier assigned to your order.

- if you are unable to attend to your delivery please contact the courier or you can go online and make any adjustments from your end regarding your delivery. 


- Please note when ordering ‘Patties’ for Next Day Delivery the ice packs have a 48 hour shelf life before defrosting. Please be prompt with your delivery and store on the *refrigerator or freezer * to preserve.

 

3. Delivery Day Coordination:

   - Our aim is to deliver your patties on Thursdays. If you anticipate that you won't be available to receive the package, kindly provide an alternative delivery instruction in the designated tab.

 

Refund for Faulty Products:

   - In the case of faulty or lost product provided by sufficient evidence, we will send you a brand new order.

 

6. Order Cancellation:

   - In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, resulting in the cancellation of an order, we will promptly notify you with a full refund.

 

7. Cancellation Policy:

   - No cancellations will be accepted after the order is updated with a tracking number and dispatched. If we still have to proceed with this cancellation your refund of delivery will be deducted from your total amount.
