Delivery Schedule:


Order Processing:

Once you place an order your order takes 3-5 working days (excluding weekends) for processing and preparing. Busy times can typically take up to 7-14 Working days or more especially during Seasonal Events days online e.g Carnival, Christmas, Easter, New years Days. Please order in advance typically 2 weeks before these seasonal events as shipping companies have a deadline week of holidays and we are extremely busy round these times please be aware of delays if your order is running behind the shipping deadline. We are working very hard as possible along side our courier to get all these orders out during these event times. 

If you require your order for a seasonal events please order in advance to avoid disappointment for online orders. We are working on multiple platforms online and have collection orders to fulfil as well too. 2 weeks prior before the seasonal events however Christmas/New years we advise 2 weeks before the month as we get extremely busy round these times for online. Our aim is to try and get your order out on time but there are significant delays with our courier during these event times with deadlines dates. Bigger orders for seasonal events please order in advance to avoid delays.


All online orders that have not been shipped will be received in the New years or after these events. Please bear in mind our shipping courier will be on holiday during seasonal times especially Christmas/ New years with heavy delays. We do not deliver on weekends so your order will arrive after the seasonal events.

Who picks up my order?

All orders are picked up by our courier the next working day when they are ‘dispatched’ to arrive to you.

Shipping cut off times

We ship Orders between Monday- Friday
excluding weekends. Please be prompt when collecting your order. If you miss your delivery on Friday our courier will hold onto it on the weekend as they do not deliver on weekends. So your order will have to be disposed of. 

How we package your order?

All items are packaged in a custom made box of fragile ( double ply or single ply) along with a Frozen foil food chilling bag and a frozen ice pack that last for 48 hours in transport. These items preserve your product. So it’s able to maintain the correct temperature whilst transporting to you. 

Bakery products such as Cakes, rock cakes etc that requires a room temperature shelf life will be sent with standard delivery which 2-5 working days.

Tracking Information

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided and updated in your email and and on the website with your order to track at all times and make any necessary adjustment with your courier. The Couruer will also email you and text message you with updates about your order. 

Please note if your order is not dispatched a tracking number will not be added yet. You will receive an email along with a tracking number to update you on the dispatch of your order at all times.


Next Day Delivery

Please Note Your order will arrive to you in 1 Working day (the next working) after it has been 'dispatched' from us. It is a less than 24 hours service to arrive to your destination once we dispatch it. Please prepare for the arrival of your delivery as once we ship orders.


What if I miss my delivery?

We are not responsible for you missing the collecting time frame for your order from the courier trying to deliver it.

I have missed my order what do I do? 

You would need to communicate with your courier assigned to your order by the website or you can track and divert your order if you are not home. You can do this by accessing your tracking number. If you missed your delivery not to worry just simply rebook it by your tracking number on the website or text message and email.

If you are unable to attend to your delivery please contact the courier or you can go online and make any adjustments from your end regarding you’re delivery drop off.

I have missed my delivery multiple times?

Failure to collect your order after a numerous amount of attempts will result in the driver delivering it back to us or disposing of it. Please note you will not be refunded as we have prepared your order paid to dispatch it to you.


Will my order expire if I miss delivery?

Please note when ordering items that are stored for ‘fridge or freezer’ for Next Day Delivery the delivery ice packs have a 48 hour shelf life before defrosting along with a freezer cooling bag. Please be prompt with your delivery and read the label on how to store it on the refrigerator or freezer to preserve. 

Delivery Day Coordination

Our aim is to deliver your ‘refrigerated or frozen products’ before Saturday. If you anticipate that you won't be available to receive the package, kindly provide an alternative delivery instruction in the designated tab on the couriers website.

Special orders

If you require your order for a specific date please message us or add a note in the comment section before hand and also order in advance typical a week before to avoid delays and disappointment especially around seasonal times online please take extra precaution and order earlier than 2 weeks if possible.

Order Cancellation

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, resulting in the cancellation of an order, we will promptly notify you with a full refund and an email of cancellation. 

Cancellation Policy

No cancellations will be accepted after the order is ready or updated with a tracking number and dispatched. If we still have to proceed with this cancellation your refund after tracking has been updated for delivery we will deducted the fee from your total amount for a refund.

If you require a cancellation please email us before your order is processed for dispatchment you have 24 hours to do so. After this time has elapsed we are unable to cancel your order as it is being prepared and processed.
