Delivery Schedule:

 

Order Processing:

Once you place an order you order takes 3-5 working days for processing and preparing. Busy times can typically take up to 7-14 Working days especially during Special Events days e.g Carnival, Christmas, Easter, New years Days

   - All orders are then picked up by our courier the next working day then dispatched to arrive to you within 1 working day.

Shipping cut off times:

We ship Orders between Monday-Thursday excluding weekends as our courier does not ship on weekends. 

2. Tracking Information:

   - Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided and updated with your order to track at all times and make any necessary adjustment with your courier. Please note if your order is not dispatched a tracking number will not be added yet.

 

Next Day Delivery:

Please Note once you pick the service of ‘Next Day delivery’ Your order will arrive to you in 1 Working day after it has been 'dispatched'. Please prepare for the arrival of your delivery as once we ship orders we are no longer responsible for you missing the collecting time frame for your order from the courier delivering it. You would need to communicate with your courier assigned to your order b5y the website or you can track and divert you order.

- If you are unable to attend to your delivery please contact the courier or you can go online and make any adjustments from your end regarding your delivery. 


- Please note when ordering ‘Patties’ for Next Day Delivery the delivery ice packs have a 72 hour shelf life before defrosting. Please be prompt with your delivery and store on the *refrigerator or freezer * to preserve.

 

3. Delivery Day Coordination:

   - Our aim is to deliver your patties before Friday. If you anticipate that you won't be available to receive the package, kindly provide an alternative delivery instruction in the designated tab.

 

Refund for Faulty Products:

   - In the case of faulty or lost product provided by sufficient evidence, we will send you a brand new order.

 

6. Order Cancellation:

   - In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, resulting in the cancellation of an order, we will promptly notify you with a full refund.

 

7. Cancellation Policy:

   - No cancellations will be accepted after the order is updated with a tracking number and dispatched. If we still have to proceed with this cancellation your refund of delivery will be deducted from your total amount.

- If you require a cancellation please email us before your order is processed for dispatchment
