Return Policy

We have a no return policy, due to hygiene and safety of food products. 
Unfortunately we cannot accept any returns on sale items.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 1 day to get in contact with us and report this issue provided by sufficient evidence requested.

Exchanges

We do not permit exchanges, if you have ordered the wrong items. Please read through our products carefully before purchasing. No refunds will be permitted for this

Refund for Faulty Products
In the case of faulty or lost product (by our courier) provided by sufficient evidence, we will send you a brand new order. Items arrived damaged lease provide sufficient evidence on the day of arrival within 24 hours. After this time elapse we wont be able to assist you as we have to deal with this matter within a current period of time.

What if i don't collect my order, will I be refunded?

Failure to collect your order after a numerous amount of attempts will result in the driver delivering it back to us or disposing of it. Please note you will not be refunded as we have prepared your order paid to dispatch it to you.

Order Cancellation:

In the event of unfortunet circumstances beyond our control, resulting in the cancellation of an order, we will promptly notify you with a full refund.

 
Cancellation Policy:

 No cancellations will be accepted after the order is placed or updated with a tracking number and dispatched. If we still have to proceed with this cancellation your refund after tracking has been updated for delivery we will deducted the fee from your total amount for a refund.

If you require a cancellation please email us before your order is processed for dispatchment. You have 24hours to do so. After this time has elapsed we are unable to cancel your order as it is being prepared. 

Gift cards and Vouchers

We do not permit refunds on gift cards or vouchers.
